First off, with your regular (extensive) consumption, I’d wager good money that you’re either gay or bisexual. No big deal, but worth mentioning.

Secondly, your distaste for pride parades and the like stems from three sources:

• denial (and guilt) of your own sexuality
• bigotry
• honestly not underdtanding the history of Pride
